Last updated: August 3, 2026
PrintOne1 operates PrintOne1.com and the related online store, content, features, products, customer support, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how PrintOne1 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit the store, create an account, place an order, contact us, use optional features, or otherwise interact with the Services.
PrintOne1 is the merchant responsible for the personal information described in this policy, except where another provider acts independently under its own privacy policy. PrintOne1 is operated from Bulgaria. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to onlineshop681999@gmail.com.
1. Information We Collect or Process
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect or process the following categories of personal information:
- Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and country or region.
- Order and transaction information: products viewed or purchased, cart activity, order number, order status, returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping details, discounts, and transaction confirmations.
- Account information: account identifiers, login information, saved preferences, wish lists, and account settings.
- Payment-related information: payment method type, billing details, payment status, and transaction records. Complete payment-card details are generally processed directly by Shopify and authorized payment providers rather than stored by PrintOne1.
- Communications: messages, support requests, reviews, survey responses, reports, and other information you choose to provide.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, session activity, approximate location derived from IP address, and identifiers collected through cookies or similar technologies.
- Marketing information: marketing preferences, subscription status, campaign interactions, and advertising-related activity where permitted by law.
- Optional AI Virtual Try-On information: photographs and selected product images that you voluntarily submit when using the Virtual Try-On feature.
2. Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information directly from you; automatically through the Services, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies; from Shopify; from payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics and marketing providers; and from other service providers or partners that support store operations.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To display products, operate the store, process payments, accept and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, provide tracking, and manage returns or refunds.
- To create and manage customer accounts and remember customer preferences.
- To provide customer support and communicate about orders, account activity, policy updates, or service changes.
- To detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, prohibited activity, and technical problems.
- To analyze store performance, improve products and Services, troubleshoot errors, and understand how visitors use the store.
- To send marketing communications where permitted and to personalize content or advertising in accordance with applicable law and your choices.
- To generate an AI Virtual Try-On preview when you voluntarily use that feature.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and regulatory obligations; establish or defend legal claims; and enforce our policies and Terms of Service.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we process personal information as necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests that do not override your rights, protect the Services and customers, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing depends on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the store functional, remember settings, maintain sessions, prevent fraud, measure performance, understand visitor activity, and support marketing or advertising.
Where required, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only after the required consent. Available cookie controls, browser settings, and privacy signals may affect how these technologies operate. Disabling necessary cookies can prevent some store functions from working correctly.
6. How We Share Personal Information
We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to:
- Shopify: to host and operate the ecommerce platform, checkout, accounts, analytics, security, and related store functions.
- Payment providers: to authorize, process, verify, and reconcile payments.
- Suppliers, fulfillment providers, and carriers: to prepare, ship, deliver, track, return, or replace orders.
- Technology and support providers: for hosting, storage, communications, customer service, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, and technical operations.
- Professional advisers and authorities: where reasonably necessary for legal advice, accounting, compliance, investigations, court orders, lawful government requests, or protection of rights and safety.
- Business transactions: in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- Other parties: when you direct us to share information or provide valid consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising-related disclosures may nevertheless be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising activity under some United States privacy laws. Eligible users can submit an opt-out through Your Privacy Choices.
7. Relationship With Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide, secure, improve, and support the platform and may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Depending on the activity, Shopify may act as our service provider or may process certain information for its own disclosed purposes.
More information is available in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
8. AI Virtual Try-On
Some product pages may offer an optional Virtual Try-On feature. When you choose to use it, your uploaded photograph and the selected product image are processed to generate an AI visualization. The photograph may be transmitted securely to the feature’s processing systems and its AI processing provider, currently identified within the feature as Google AI.
The feature is intended only to create a visual preview and is not designed for identity verification, biometric identification, medical analysis, or an exact measurement of fit. Results may not accurately represent size, color, fit, fabric, or final appearance.
Uploaded photographs are processed for the requested try-on result and are not intended for permanent storage on PrintOne1 processing servers. When the “Remember my photo” option is selected, the image or related data may be stored locally in your browser or device for future try-ons. You can clear saved try-on history using the controls provided by the feature.
Do not upload another person’s photograph without permission. The Virtual Try-On feature is not intended for children under 16. Additional feature-specific terms and notices displayed within Virtual Try-On also apply.
9. Marketing and Advertising Choices
We may send promotional emails or display personalized content and advertising where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may still receive non-promotional communications relating to orders, accounts, security, legal notices, or customer support.
Depending on your location, you may also control certain advertising uses through the cookie banner, browser or device settings, Global Privacy Control where recognized, and Your Privacy Choices.
10. International Data Transfers
PrintOne1, Shopify, and other service providers may process personal information outside the country where you live. Where required, transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland are supported by recognized legal mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful safeguards.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the relationship with the customer, operational requirements, and applicable law. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send highly sensitive information through unsecured communication channels, and protect your account credentials.
13. Children’s Privacy
The store is not directed to children who are below the age at which they may independently consent to the relevant processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request appropriate action.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to:
- Request access to or a copy of personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

15. Privacy Complaints
Please contact us first so we can review and address a privacy concern. Individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may also complain to the data-protection authority responsible for their place of residence or work. Other jurisdictions may provide comparable complaint or appeal rights.
16. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links or integrations operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of unrelated third-party websites or services.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, providers, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Additional notice will be provided where required by law.
